Per BC Soccer guidelines
- Unlimited substitutions shall be allowed
- Substitutions shall be allowed at stoppages under the control of the referee.
The Summer Cup is a BC Soccer Sanctioned tournament is open to all teams.

Game Format:
U10 — 7v7 (6 + GK) Duration: two 25min per half 5 min break
U11 — 8v8 (7+ GK) Duration: two 25min per half 5 min break
U12 — 8v8 (7+ GK) Duration: two 25min per half 5 min break
U13 — 9v9 (8+GK) Duration: two 30min per half 5 min break
U14 — 11v11 Duration: two 35mins per half 5 min break
U15 — 11v11 Duration: two 35mins per half 5 min break
U16 — 11v11 Duration: two 40 minutes per half 5 minutes break
